Kolkata, the City of Joy

It is a well worn out cliche to describe our city as the City of Joy, but we the Kolkatans do indeed take pride in describing our abode as such, and never tire from the phrase! For us, it is just not a city, but it is an emotion, the soul of our very lives, the original intellectual beacon.
